Pack your tools and send them in.
After submitting your tools, provide the box size and estimated weight. We use that information to prepare the prepaid shipping label for your order.
Pack securely, attach the label, and drop the shipment with the listed carrier.
We inspect. Then we pay.
Once the shipment arrives, our team verifies the model, condition, and functionality. Approved tools move forward to payment after the inspection is completed.

Yes. You can add multiple eligible tools to the same submission before providing your shipment details.
Does a new tool need its factory box?+
No. We inspect the tool itself, not the packaging. A tool can qualify as new without its factory box as long as it has never been used.
How quickly is my shipment inspected?+
Our standard target is to inspect arriving tools within 24 hours. Payment follows after the inspection is completed and the order is approved.
What if my model is not in the catalog?+
Use the missing-tool form to send us the model information and photos. We’ll review it and add eligible tools to the catalog.
