1. Shipping Tools to WeBuyTools

1.1 Prepaid Shipping Labels

After an order or offer is accepted, WeBuyTools may provide prepaid shipping labels for approved shipments.

Shipping labels:

  • May be canceled or voided at any time

  • Remain property of WeBuyTools LLC

1.2 Packaging Requirements

Sellers are fully responsible for securely packaging all items.

Tools must be packaged using:

  • protective materials

  • secure sealing methods

Loose, damaged, poorly packaged, or improperly protected shipments may:

  • arrive damaged

  • be rejected

  • receive revised offers

  • be returned at the seller’s expense

Whenever possible, sellers should include:

  • batteries

  • chargers

  • cases

  • accessories

  • major components originally referenced in the order


1.3 Shipment Accuracy

The shipment must accurately match:

  • the submitted order

  • the selected condition

  • the quantity approved

  • the items disclosed during the transaction

Sending unauthorized items, substitute items, prohibited items, or significantly different items may result in:

  • revised offers

  • return requirements

  • canceled transactions

  • account restrictions

  • refusal of future transactions


1.4 Shipment Tracking

Sellers are responsible for:

  • dropping packages off with the carrier

  • obtaining acceptance scans

  • retaining tracking information

We strongly recommend obtaining a physical receipt when dropping off packages.


2. Shipping Carriers

We may utilize shipping providers including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • other approved carriers

Carrier selection may vary depending on:

  • package size

  • destination

  • weight

  • service availability

  • operational requirements


3. Shipping Liability

3.1 Inbound Shipments (Seller to WeBuyTools)

Risk of loss remains with the seller until the package is:

  • accepted by the carrier

  • scanned into the carrier network

WeBuyTools LLC is not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • delayed shipments

  • carrier damage

  • theft during transit

  • improper packaging

  • label misuse

  • delivery failures caused by inaccurate shipping information


3.2 Carrier Delays

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only.

WeBuyTools LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather

  • carrier disruptions

  • holidays

  • operational delays

  • routing issues

  • service interruptions


4. Inspection Process

After delivery, shipments are inspected to verify:

  • item identity

  • condition

  • completeness

  • functionality

  • shipment accuracy

Inspection timelines may vary depending on:

  • shipment volume

  • package complexity

  • testing requirements

  • operational conditions

Most inspections are completed within 1–3 business days after delivery.


5. Revised Offers

If an item:

  • differs from the submitted condition

  • arrives damaged

  • is incomplete

  • does not match the order

  • includes undisclosed issues

We may issue a revised offer.

The seller may:

  • accept the revised offer, or

  • request the item be returned


6. Return Shipping

6.1 Seller-Paid Returns

If a revised offer is declined, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the seller.

Return shipping fees must typically be paid within 14 days.

If return shipping is not paid within the specified timeframe, the item may be considered abandoned and forfeited to WeBuyTools LLC where permitted by law.


6.2 Return Processing

Once return shipping payment is received:

  • the item will be repackaged

  • a return label will be generated

  • tracking information may be provided

Return processing times may vary depending on operational volume.


7. International Shipping

At this time, prepaid shipping labels are generally only available within the United States.

International sellers are responsible for:

  • shipping costs

  • customs fees

  • taxes

  • import/export compliance

  • duties and brokerage fees

WeBuyTools LLC is not responsible for customs delays or international shipping restrictions.


8. Prohibited Shipments

The following may not be shipped to WeBuyTools:

  • stolen property

  • counterfeit goods

  • hazardous materials

  • illegal items

  • recalled items

  • unsafe batteries

  • explosive materials

  • biohazards

  • prohibited or regulated products

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse delivery

  • report suspicious shipments

  • cancel labels

We may cooperate with:

For marketplace or third-party seller transactions, separate shipping rules, seller obligations, buyer protections, and dispute procedures may apply.
